The Art of Meditation program, also known as Sahaj Samadhi Mediation, is a 3-day meditation workshops, 2 hours a day, where one learns a profound and effortless meditation technique that can be practiced anywhere. In this program one is taught how meditation works, and how to meditate by oneself, effortlessly. One receives a personal mantra that will help one to go into meditation more easily, and is also taught the do’s and don’ts of meditation.
